1 Corinthians 16: 13BoldnessBoldness never really seemed to be one of Paul's problems. I know he prayed for boldness on a few occasions. He gives us men some instruction today.1 Corinthians 16:13 13 Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. All three of those things, alert / faithful / strong, fall under the heading of "act like men". One more thing I'd like to add... 1 Corinthians 16:22 22 If anyone does not love the Lord, he is to be accursed. Can't say it much clearer than that. Pay attention to what goes on around you that will try to steal, kill, or destroy you and yours. Don't be moved from the position of believing the Lord your God. Apply all your strength and will to these things. Be a man. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength or be accursed. Lastly... 1 Corinthians 16:14 14 Let all that you do be done in love. RevB |
